Our apiary began with a simple yet profound moment of inspiration when one of our founders was asked to help a friend winterize their beehives back in 2007. That initial experience sparked a deep passion for beekeeping that has only grown over the years. As we immersed ourselves in the world of bees, we quickly recognized the importance of sustainable practices and the vital role that bees play in our ecosystem. This passion led us to create a family-owned apiary in Astoria, NY, where we could combine our love for bees with a commitment to producing high-quality raw unfiltered honey.   From the very beginning, our mission has been to offer honey that reflects the pure essence of our organically managed hives. We have dedicated ourselves to mastering the art of beekeeping, focusing on science-based methods that prioritize the health and well-being of our bees.
